The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Grant Management Seminar is an essential annual qualification workshop designed to equip club leaders with the vital knowledge and tools needed to design, secure, and execute high-impact District and Global Grants.

Strategic Project Design: Members engaged in sessions focused on conducting comprehensive community needs assessments, defining measurable project outcomes, and establishing clear sustainability frameworks.
Financial Stewardship & Compliance: The seminar covered rigorous budgeting standards, transparent reporting mechanisms, procurement protocols, and financial record-keeping required by The Rotary Foundation.
