At the Rotary Club of Chunnakam Heritage (Rotary District 3220, Sri Lanka & Maldives), meticulous planning, member engagement, and shared dedication form the bedrock of everything we achieve. As we embark on a brand-new Rotary year, aligning our collective vision and laying down strategic frameworks are essential to ensuring another year of high-impact community service.
Today, our club family gathered for our 2nd official regular meeting, dedicated primarily to the strategic planning and comprehensive preparations for our upcoming Club Installation Ceremony.
Laying the Groundwork for a Memorable Installation
The annual Installation Ceremony represents one of the most significant milestones in the Rotary calendar. It is the formal occasion where incoming club leaders take their oaths of office, outline their humanitarian goals, and officially inaugurate a new chapter of Service Above Self.
During this 2nd meeting, our members, directors, and committee chairs actively engaged in dynamic discussions to ensure every detail of the upcoming ceremony is executed with elegance and precision:

Event Logistics & Protocol: Reviewing the venue setup, stage arrangements, and formal Rotary protocol to warmly receive distinguished District officials, partner clubs, and esteemed guests.
