On 8th of November 2025, our club leadership team and emerging leaders actively participated in the prestigious President Elect Leadership Seminar (PELS) organized by Rotary International District 3220.

Preparing Future Leaders for Transformative Community Impact

The District PELS workshop is a flagship leadership training forum designed to equip incoming club presidents, secretaries, and board officers with the critical skills, strategic tools, and Rotary knowledge required to lead their clubs effectively in the upcoming Rotary year:

Strategic Planning & Goal Setting: Club leaders engaged in intensive sessions focused on setting measurable annual goals, designing high-impact humanitarian projects, and aligning club priorities with the global focus areas of Rotary International.
